As November wraps up, we’re excited to reflect on a month that has been both productive and memorable for the Gredico team. From engaging with communities and strengthening our industry recognition to marking our 7th anniversary, this season has reminded us why we remain committed to a simple mission: helping more Kenyans become landowners through affordable plots, ready titles, and transparent processes. It’s been a month of progress and gratitude, and we’re proud to share the highlights with you in this edition of our newsletter.
Community Activations
November has been a vibrant month of outreach as the Gredico team connected with communities across Thika. Our activations at Ananas Mall, Makongeni Market, and Kiganjo gave us the chance to meet new clients, answer questions, and share opportunities for affordable land ownership.
Beyond these activations, we continue to engage audiences every week through our Radio Waumini live program, airing every Thursday from 7–8 am and streamed simultaneously on Gredico’s Facebook and TikTok pages. This ongoing platform allows us to reach lots of listeners and viewers consistently, keeping them informed about our projects and offers.

Project Progress
We’re making steady strides on our Nova Gardens projects in Kithyoko. At Nova Gardens 2, we’ve had beaconing, clearly marking out the prime 50×100 plots starting at KSh 130,000 – ideal for farming thanks to the rich red soil, and for settlement. Meanwhile, at Nova Gardens 3, just 700 m from the Thika–Garissa Highway, we’ve had fencing works, enhancing security and defining the project boundaries. These milestones reflect our commitment to transparency, accessibility, and delivering tangible progress that builds confidence for every client.

Events & Recognition
November has also been a month of meaningful engagements beyond our projects. We were honored to attend the launch dinner for Wakarura Wa Nyutu’s book, Effective Prayer Life, held at the Glee Hotel – an inspiring evening that brought together leaders and visionaries.
In addition, we welcomed Dr. Chrispas Wachira, Chairman of the Association of Real Estate Stakeholders (RESA), to our office. During his visit, he officially presented Gredico with our RESA membership certificate and held further discussions with our director on strengthening industry standards – watch the conversation here.
These moments reflect our commitment not only to advancing property ownership but also to being actively engaged in the broader community and real estate sector.

Client Engagement: Site Visits & Title Issuance
November has been an active month of client engagement across our projects. We had site visits in Kithyoko, Konza, and Malindi, giving prospective buyers and existing clients the chance to walk the land, ask questions, and experience firsthand the value of investing with Gredico.
Alongside these visits, we were proud to issue title deeds – this underscores our commitment to transparency and delivering secure land ownership. Each deed handed over is more than paperwork; it’s a promise fulfilled and a step toward building lasting trust with our community of landowners.
