January was a month of celebration, reflection, and renewed commitment to making land ownership accessible and transparent. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to:
New Year Mass & 7-Year Anniversary Celebration
On 16th January 2026, Gredico hosted a special event that beautifully blended spiritual reflection with corporate milestones. The day began with a solemn mass led by Father Peter Ken, whose words of encouragement were accompanied by the uplifting voices of the Second Angel Choir. Together, they set a tone of gratitude and hope for the year ahead. Our valued clients joined us in prayer and celebration, reinforcing the strong sense of community that defines Gredico.
After the mass, the atmosphere shifted to one of joy and achievement as several clients received their title deeds, a tangible symbol of secure land ownership and our commitment to transparency. To further appreciate our clients, we presented them with thoughtful gifts, a gesture of thanks for their continued trust in us. The celebration also honored our dedicated staff members, each of whom was recognized for their contributions. Those with exemplary performance were awarded in a special way—becoming landowners themselves by receiving title deeds for plots. The event concluded with a heartfelt cake cutting ceremony, marking seven years of growth, trust, and service in Kenya’s property market. This celebration reflected our dual commitment: honoring faith while rewarding dedication.
Site Visits
January was equally vibrant with activity across our projects. Our Kithyoko, Konza, and Kisaju projects remained open for visits any day of the week, offering flexibility for clients with busy schedules and giving clients the opportunity to explore the developments firsthand and envision their future investments.
On 24th January 2026, we organized our monthly coastal site visit to Malindi. Clients who had placed deposits on Malindi plots were treated to a fully arranged experience, including plane tickets, breakfast, lunch, and transport to and from the airport. This seamless logistics ensured that clients could focus entirely on experiencing the project and making informed decisions. These visits not only showcased our projects but also reinforced our promise of transparency and confidence in investment.
