February was a month filled with love and appreciation at Gredico Properties Africa Ltd. In the spirit of Valentine’s, we rolled out special offers across all our projects, giving clients the chance to secure land at discounted rates and flexible payment plans. These promotions were not just about celebrating the season of love, but also about reaffirming our commitment to making land ownership accessible, affordable, and transparent.
Our clients responded with enthusiasm, taking advantage of the offers and joining us for site visits across Kitengela, Kithyoko, and Konza. These visits, held every Wednesday and Saturday, continue to provide firsthand experiences of our projects, allowing clients to walk the land, ask questions, and make informed decisions. The Valentine’s season reminded us that property ownership is more than a transaction; it is a gift of security and a foundation for future generations.
Looking Ahead – March 2026
As we step into March, we are excited to announce the launch of Panorama Gardens Phase 5 in Matuu. This new project is located in Mutwamwaki along the Kivandini–Masinga Bypass, offering 50 by 100 plots at an affordable price of Ksh. 275,000 per plot. With a flexible installment plan of up to six months, Panorama Gardens Phase 5 is designed to give more Kenyans the opportunity to invest in a growing area with immense potential.
The next monthly Malindi site visit is scheduled for 14th March, where clients will enjoy a seamless experience exploring the beauty and investment opportunities of the coast. We continue to provide organized logistics so that clients can focus entirely on experiencing the projects.
We’re also excited to host a title issuance event on 28th March, celebrating clients who’ve completed their payments and are receiving their ownership documents, a proud moment that reflects Gredico’s commitment to transparency and timely delivery.
At the close of the month, we marked our director’s birthday, a reminder of the leadership that continues to guide Gredico’s vision and growth.
